Applying for water and / or sewer service is very easy.
- Call (207) 622-3701 and say that you are applying for service and request a "final reading." A final reading allows us to end the previous customer's service and start your service. A meter reader has to go on site to do this. This usually takes 24 to 48 hours to accomplish after your request.
- Customer support will take your information over the phone and fill out an application for you. You don't need to come in and sign anything.
- You will receive a $20 application fee applied to your first cycle bill.
- That's it. Customer support will answer any other questions you might have.
If you and your tenant wish to have the the bill sent in your tenant's name, you will need to mention that at the time of your application and complete a copy of this form with your tenant.
Please contact the office Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM at (207) 622-3701 to disconnect service. A minimum 24 hour notice is required. You may also email a disconnection request.
